Terms of Use & License Agreement

1. Intellectual Property Protection

The HSP Protocol (Human Supervision Protocol) is proprietary intellectual property protected under Patent Pending status.

All rights reserved. The methodology, framework, processes, and implementation guidelines contained within the HSP Protocol are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

2. License Grant

Upon successful payment and registration, the Licensee is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the HSP Protocol for ONE (1) specific audit engagement only.

Each license is tied to a unique cryptographic hash
The hash is generated specifically for the registered audit
The license is valid only for the auditor, company, and scope specified during registration
The license cannot be transferred, resold, or reused for different audits

3. License Restrictions

The Licensee SHALL NOT:

Use the same license hash for multiple audits
Share, distribute, or transfer the license hash to third parties
Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the HSP Protocol
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying methodology
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or patent pending markings
Sublicense, lease, or rent the HSP Protocol to any third party

4. Payment Terms

Enterprise licensing terms are available upon request. Contact us for custom pricing based on your organization's needs.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe
All fees are non-refundable once the hash is generated
Prices are subject to change without notice for future purchases

5. Access Control

Access to the HSP Protocol is controlled through cryptographic hash verification:

Protocol content is not available for download
Access is granted through online viewing with valid hash only
Access sessions are logged and monitored
Attempted unauthorized access is recorded and may result in legal action

6. Audit Records

The Licensor maintains records of all license purchases and access logs, including:

Auditor identification and organization
Company being audited
Audit scope and date
Hash generation timestamp
Access timestamps and IP addresses

These records may be used for license verification, compliance monitoring, and legal enforcement.

7. Unauthorized Use

WARNING: Unauthorized use, reproduction, or application of the HSP Protocol without a valid license constitutes infringement of protected intellectual property and may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages and injunctive relief.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The HSP Protocol is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor does not warrant that the Protocol will meet specific requirements or that its use will guarantee regulatory compliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the HSP Protocol.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
