WARNING: Unauthorized use, reproduction, or application of the HSP Protocol without a valid license constitutes infringement of protected intellectual property and may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages and injunctive relief.
The HSP Protocol is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor does not warrant that the Protocol will meet specific requirements or that its use will guarantee regulatory compliance.
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the HSP Protocol.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
